The Captain-selects (aka 1st Lieutenants) decided to throw a party for the base in order to celebrate that we all are going to be Captains....not anytime soon, but just that we are. I won't pin on until July 2003, some pin on sooner, some pin on not until November 2003. But the Air Force is giving us the rank, so we'll take it.
