I went to see Iron Man with Legal Eagle Chris yesterday and the whole ‘date’ really felt more just like a hang out with a friend as opposed to someone I was attracted to. And to be honest, I knew even from the first date that I really wasn’t attracted to Chris all that much. He’s a really cool guy and actually we have a lot in common, but the physical component of where I really want more than some friendship (if you know what I mean…heh heh) just isn’t there.
So now I have to figure out the best way to not be a total jackass when saying ‘Let’s be Friends’. It hasn’t gone so far where this will be a total dick move. At least I don’t think it has. Making out isn’t a commitment ceremony, right? BWaahahahahahaa!
I’m still loving Chemistry.com. I’ve been making lots of connections on there – they just need to keep translating into dates. The more I date the more I’m becoming okay with taking things fast or slow and not feeling the intense pressure of ‘This could be the love of my LIIIIIIIIFE!’ I used to be so naive.
