I saw at Sur Le Table this pretty cool-looking wine decanter – you pour the wine bottle directly into the decanter yet it’s still affixed so you can then pour the wine right back into the bottle and you’ve got super-aerated wine. Finally had the occasion to use it when we had some of our favorite Montepulciano wine tonight along with some homemade (by Larry) chicken parmigiana. It was pretty awesome, and it puts on a pretty visual show watching the wine make its way into the decanter. I took pictures, of course.
