Aunt Mary and Uncle JC graciously invited me and Larry over along with my mom this past holiday weekend to stay with them at their Palm Desert house. Â It was awesome. Â They have a fantastic and spacious house with plenty of room and a great pool and backyard. Â The pool was far too cold to go into but the hot tub was just right.
It was a lot of fun getting to spend time with everyone and we also got to play with their adorable little dog, Sadie. Â The experience seemed to put into the forefront that perhaps we could get our own dog very soon. Â Wouldn’t that be fun?
Saturday afternoon was spent hanging out, playing games, walking a little bit, enjoying the hot tub, and just overall having a relaxing day. On Sunday morning, we all drove into Palm Springs’ downtown area and walked around, enjoying the hip little strip right there. Â In January the temperature is pretty much perfect, but I can’t imagine walking around there in the middle of summer. Â Well, I guess I can – we have done so plenty of times when we go to Vegas in summer!
