A benefit of having a fairly decent gym within the complex here at home is that there’s very little excuse to get in both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Â I know many look down on treadmills as a valid form of running, but for me, it is kind of exactly what I need. Â It keeps you going at a regular and challenging pace and varied incline, while also being a bit gentler on the joints. Â I’ve found that when I’m running out in the world, I probably end up going much slower than when I run on a treadmill. Â All this is a long way of saying that I’ve managed to lose 10 pounds in the time we’ve moved here, and that’s awesome. Â I’m hopeful for that to continue…
