Sad news out of the Twin Peaks universe, as Catherine Coulson aka “The Log Lady,” died today at the age of 71. She was such an amazing element of what made Twin Peaks the strange and unique place it was in pop culture and to realize she won’t be a part of its return is very sad. I’m glad I was able to see her in person though last year when the Blu-Ray of the entire series came out. What an experience! And definitely one I’ll treasure.
