A Sunset at the Beach

Yesterday was a pretty eventful day – first, we ended up finding the place that will likely be where we get married, and then a few hours later, we made our way to the westside of LA and went to Dockweiler Beach for a work get-together at the beach. It didn’t start until 5 or so (at least that’s when we got there) so it kind of ended up being a Part II of the beach fun we had last year with the NBC friends. All in all, it was a lot of fun and the weather really cooperated. It had been warm that day so it ended up not being ridiculously cold once the sun set. Surprisingly, the water of the Pacific Ocean was pretty damn warm! We only put our feet into it, but still, normally even a dipped toe in the Pacific Ocean results in a shocked cry as the water is usually that damn cold. Not this time I guess, especially after such a warm September and October.
